1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

If your pair does not fit properly or you received an incorrect model/size, you are eligible to request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange or return at Emirates Kicks, items must strictly meet the following conditions:

• Shoes must be unworn, brand new, and uncreased with clean outsoles.
• Footwear must be in its original shoe box along with all accessories (extra laces, shoe tags, packaging paper).
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation / phone number) must be provided.

3. Step-by-Step Exchange Process

1. Contact our support team on WhatsApp at +971 56 232 1541 or email info@emirateskicks.com.
2. Provide your Order ID, a clear photo of the shoe condition, and the replacement size required.
3. Our courier will arrange the pickup and deliver your new pair smoothly.

4. Defective or Wrong Items

In the rare event that an item arrives defective or different from your ordered pair, notify us within 48 hours for immediate replacement at zero additional delivery charge.
